Peninsula Counseling & Consulting’s CEO, Ryan Gardner is from the Bay Area, and he brings extensive education and training from top academic institutions related to psychology, social work, and business. With nearly 15 years of professional experience as a direct service provider, supervisor, and consultant, he has worked in government, Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and non-profit community-based organization settings.  Specializing in Serious Mental Illness (SMI) –treating consumers with Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, and PTSD–Ryan is well-versed in many of today’s Evidence-Based Practices.  Infusing clinical, administrative, operational, and financial knowledge, Ryan’s diverse and comprehensive skill-set results in quality services.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys traveling, concerts, sports, photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.
